Hello - I'm working with a Colorqube 8570 (about 4 years old) which has suddenly started to fail. I've been working here part-time for about a year and a half, and am a newbie, for sure.

I'm sorry if this is a really long post, but I'm trying to cover all my bases. This is not a network printer. It has only one user (USB connection to a Win 7 machine). When I turn the printer on, it gets through POST and starts initialization. All fine so far After the Xerox and Energy Star splash pages, it warms up to 8-9% and then displays error 91,720.00 (Printhead Tilt Fault).

Other solutions: 1.) unplug from power source overnight and try again Did it, no help. 2.) make sure printer is not plugged into a surge protector. The printer has been plugged into a power strip for about 4 years, and has been OK up till now. I plugged it into a wall socket.

Button (or any other button) shuts the printer down. To turn the printer on again, we have to flip the power button off and then on. Same thing happens every time. Has anyone seen this happen?
